Baldwin Stutts Everette, Jr. “Stutts” – Son of Jill and Stutts Everette. Brother to Rex, Ransom, and J. Wesley Everette. Wearing #26. Stutts has played lacrosse since 2nd grade. Playing in the position of Attack and midfielder, he has played Goalie since the 9th grade. Stutts is a two-year Captain and was awarded Breakout Defensive Player of the year in 2022. He received the Mountain Brook Groundhog Award in the years 2021 and 2022. Stutts started and played in Back to back State Championships in 2021 and 2022. He was an Alabama lacrosse All-Star, An Elite 100 Lacrosse All-Star and an invitee of the 2022 Team USA combine. Stutts has been a member of BamaLax, BLU, 3d Lacrosse, Morethan4, Shred Thread, and Stars Lacrosse. He is the co-founder and co-host of a Lacrosse podcast, DixieLax Talk. Outside of Lacrosse, Stutts is an Eagle Scout with troop 320. He is a member of Leadership Mountain Brook, a Member of the Spanish club, and the Film club. A mentor for the youth program of the Cathedral Church of the Advent and a Mountain Brook Recreational Basketball coach for 2021, 2022, and 2023. Stutts will be attending Sewanee, The University of the South, where he intends to study pre-law and will be playing lacrosse in the position of Goalie for the Sewanee Tigers. Stutts’s favorite memory was the playoff game against Auburn in 2021, when the Spartans won a tight game in Auburn to advance to the championship. He would like to say thank you to his coaches, teammates, and fellow lacrosse team friends that have made his high school lacrosse time so special.
